Filter to a single template by id. Requires response_type (template ids are scoped per response type).

Filter by state (matching the state field): future, in_effect, expired, superseded, ignored, or all (alias: any). Omit to list the live (non-superseded, non-ignored) facts across all periods. Compound facts (calculated, quadrant) require a topic and are excluded from superseded/ignored.
